North Shore Shine – Refund Policy

North Shore Shine is committed to providing high-quality service. Due to the nature of service-based work, the following refund policy applies.

1. Services Rendered

  • Once a service has been completed, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Refund requests are assessed case by case based on service quality concerns.

2. Quality Concerns

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect or correct the issue.

  • If a concern is verified, we may offer a re-service, partial refund, or credit, at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration

  • Stains, buildup, or marks that cannot be safely removed

  • Dissatisfaction based on expectations outside the agreed service scope

  • Services affected by weather, surface condition, or material limitations

  • Customer-provided incorrect information (size, condition, access, etc.)

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit any deposit paid.

5. Deposits (If Applicable)

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless North Shore Shine cancels the service.

  • Deposits may be credited toward a future booking at our discretion.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Customers agree to contact North Shore Shine directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

7. Weather & Safety

  • Services postponed due to weather or safety conditions are not grounds for a refund.

  • Rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

9. Acceptance

By booking or paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

10. Service Refund Policy

All services are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case. Please report any issues within 24 hours.
